Dear customers,

Here are some reasons why some orders are taking longer to arrive:

The packages are being held up in customs due to security checks. This process takes a bit longer than usual.

A few months ago flights were not able to fly out from Germany due to the volcano in Iceland. This is still affecting some packages due to the back log of flights. This should work itself out in a few weeks.

And the newest of orders will need some more time to be sent out because I was in a bad car accident last week and was released from the hosptal a few days ago.I will not be able to go to the store the next few day and until then the packages will not go out until the top of next week.

Please excuse any delay, but due to these circumstances there is not much I can do from my part. I hope you all understand and thank you for your patience.
